Handcrafted Functional Pottery

As a potter it is always a challenge to make a lovely shaped jar with a nice fitting lid.

I like to try different lid styles and of course colors and textures. I barely finish one before another idea pops into my head for the next one.

They can decorate and brighten a dreary corner or hold our most guarded treasures. I am honored that several friends/customers have selected one of my urns to house their Mothers's and Brother's ashes. Others have chosen one for their beloved pet.

I take great care to finish my jars and urns to the best of my ability, and always try to push that ability forward.
